- To prepare software development projects with data modeling independently and assists manager in development works.
- To ensure quality assurance checks are properly conducted before handing over the oracle developments to end users.
- Planning for future requirement and development to keep the system up to date.
- To resolve the queries related to ERP system, received from other departments.
- To keep the documentation of the ERP system up to date.
- Improve the result of department satisfaction survey.
- Ensure succession planning is carried out at all sections under his supervision and guidance/control of under command staff.
- Ensure appropriate work discipline.
- Perform any other task assigned by line manager/supervisor.
