1. To perform new developments in current ERP system.
2. To resolve the queries related to ERP system, received from other departments.
3. Prepare and deliver user training for existing and new application to reduce the user dependence on IT department for day to day work.
4. To keep the documentation of the ERP system up to date.
Improve the result of department satisfaction survey.
