- Assist in handling media related queries and operations
- Track social and digital media channels including competitor activities
- Review and update website through agency or third party and maintain log
- Liaison with different marketing agencies for queries in hand
- Assist in artwork development and develop content for creatives/marketing collateral
- Maintain marketing database to ensure accurate filing
- Assist in different marketing related documentations
- Assist in different research related activities
- Prepare reports related to competitor analysis for better decision making
- Monitor marketing budget and prepare monthly billing report along with expense log
