Duties & Tasks:
- Provide customer support & technical queries resolution via phone & email
- Project management, record keeping, and reporting
- Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications
- Offer alternative & smart solutions in order to meet accuracy & timeline
- Take all necessary measures to ensure client satisfaction
- Speaks fluent English
This is a very challenging position which requires the position holder to be present in the office from 08pm – 05am, Monday-Friday
