Scope & Duties:

Shadow Subject Matter Expert(SME) Advisor and complete the ground work not limited to interview documentations, copyrighting, process flow, customer education material (60%)
Support BD effort as a pre sales SME (25%)
Co-Author content with SME for Domain Development (15%)

Skills:

Secondary Research using Industry reports, Central Bank Economic and Policy Frameworks, Economic Survey. Statistical Data on Financial Inclusion and financial services
Primary Research - Conduct Subject Matter Expert Interviews
Business Process Analysis & Design
Business writing and technical presentations
Story-boarding, Business Proposal Writing, SWOT Analysis, Financial Modelling

Tools:

Visio, Lucid Chart, any other flow charting tool
Grammarly, Google Business Suite, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Calendar
Presentation Tools ( Google Slides/ MS Power Point/ Canva)
Video Conferencing Tools with Digital White Boarding (Zoom, Google Meet)

Education & Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Science (Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Law, Computer Science)
1 year consulting work experience is mandatory
Short Courses
Financial Modeling (Good to have)
Data Visualization (Good to have)
Business Process Reengineering, Fintech, Banking, Digital Finance (Good to have)
