To manage the work flow of all creative tasks and act as a Lead to provide directions and guidelines for accomplishing the business requirements.

Responsibilities

Understand the need and actively contribute to the brainstorming and ideation process.
Design explorations for User Interfaces and related visual design.
Giving directions for the photography.
Create User Interface designs referencing latest platform innovation and technology advancements.
Designing the contents of the campaign and actively involvement for launching it.
Responsible for managing brand image and PR.
Provide guidance, reference and direction to team members
Giving clear directions and ability to work on the concept of the campaign
Work closely with the advertising team and providing support in the work as to achieve business results.
