Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Coordinating with cross-discipline teams to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation.
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes. Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
- Clearly define, scope, and track projects, develop and assign workstreams, maintain a steady pace through the sprint, and ensure reliable delivery
- Identifying key issues, and developing hypotheses and methodology to verify or refute them.
- Partnering with product owners to define & refine acceptance criteria.
- Partnering with developers on reviewing user stories for understanding and prioritization.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute and manage transformation initiatives.
- Provide support to Sales and Support teams where needed.
- Prioritizing backlog items, assigning priorities, and scoping impact on business.
- Coordinating user acceptance testing to ensure functionality meets business needs before each product release
- Coordinating the development of design items and facilitating the design process with the VP, product owner, designers, and developers while delivering on prioritized requirements and planning future releases.
