We are looking for a CCTV and IT Technician to join our team. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV systems and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have technical expertise in both areas and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CCTV systems, including camera malfunctions and connectivity problems.
- Provide technical support to end-users and address inquiries related to CCTV systems.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV systems for optimal performance and security.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and network devices.
- Ensure proper functioning of LAN/WAN networks and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Assist with computer system and software setup and configuration.
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a CCTV and IT Technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, including camera installation, DVRs/NVRs, cabling, and video management software.
- Technical skills in IT infrastructure, networking, and computer hardware.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting CCTV and IT-related issues.
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network security.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
