This position is reporting to Director Sales & Marketting.

Below is the Job Description :

  • Preparation of annual sales plans and budgets
  • Achieving the monthly,quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Appoint New Distributors in non coverage areas
  • Leading a sales team of RSM'S , ASM'S , TSO'S & SO'S. Setting their targets  pursuing and influencing them to put their best to achieve targets.
  • Managing Nationawide net work of distributor’s, setting their targets and finalizing their incentive plans.
  • Extensively visiting markets to gauge the performance of distributors & sales team.
  • Conduct Sales Promotion Activities.
  • Responsible of having best visibility of the products at the trade level.
  • Keep and eye on the competitor activities and propose counter activities
