Job Description & Requirement:

  • Overall administrative support for operations of the sort.*Organize travel arrangements for management/staff, procurement etc.
  • Assist in Tenancy Agreement, timely addendum, and timely rent/utility bills payment.
  • To provide support to all hubs when required.
  • Assistance in overall administrative operation, maintenance coordination.
  • Handling inwards and outwards.
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.procurement, lease, petty cash and vendor management etc.
  • This includes, travel arrangement or procurement etc.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
