Fulcrum Pvt. Limited is looking to onboard Talent Acquisition Officer (Female), Karachi.Experience in a consultancy agency would be a plus point
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
- Prepare JDs for newly created positions in consultation with concerned Head of Departments-
- Preparing job advertisements and placing them on relevant sources.-
- Screening and short-listing candidates.
Requirements:
- Qualification: BBA/MBA in HR
- Experience: 01-02 year of core Recruitment/Talent Acquisition related experience
- Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a team work environment.
