Minimum 3 years proven experience of working in education consultancy is mandatory.
Proven experience of USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe, China & Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan especially from MBBS perspective) regarding study abroad procedures would be an added advantage.
Counsel students regarding course and program selection and career pathways, application process and information.
Work collaboratively with management and students to promote a cross-curricular approach to career development
Should track all on-going Cases.
Should verify all documents are complete and properly sorted before sharing with project manager.
Should conduct team demonstration twice a week from information and counseling perspective.
Online Data base should be updated stage wise and updated information should be available.
Team management on daily basis for assigned task especially when Top management is not there.
In spare time should do universities/countries validation for further sharing with Business development team. (Should assign this task to other team members as well).
Should have formal communication skills.
Update Operations & PM on new, ongoing and closed cases on daily basis.
Daily update Operations, BDM Manager & PM on overall progress.
Should provide requested information by management on priority.
Should support counseling team in absence of respective team members.
