Prepare invoices as per supply order
Prepare tender and import documents
Track and coordinate all activities occurring for each account.
Reconciliation of vender and customers control accounts.
Reconcile bank accounts of the company with banks.
Keep sales team informed about the overdue payment
Fill sales tax & returns.
Prepare income statement and balance sheet on monthly basis.
Prepare documents of financial transactions by entering account information.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements

Requirements:

2-3 years’ experience in account management of a pharma/diagnostic company
Have full expertise of knowledge of Quick book
Mandatory to have sound knowledge of financial budgeting, handling account, cash flow, costing and taxation issue
Excellent communication, leadership and planning skills
Excellent word processing and spreadsheet skills
Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
