We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and help us win new clients for our software and web development services.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling/emailing
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
Build and manage a pipeline of sales leads
Collaborate with our team to create proposals and presentations that meet clients' needs
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
Meet and exceed sales goals and targets

Requirements:

Proven track record of sales success in the software and web development industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
Self-motivated and results-driven
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
