Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the field sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance market penetration and revenue generation.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales performance, provide coaching, and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and operational guidelines.
- Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales & marketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software.
