Success Factor is seeking a talented creative individual to join our internal marketing team and help shape the vision that drives our corporate marketing initiatives forward. In this role, you will work across multiple mediums and channels, including front-end design and development, graphic design, collateral, presentations, video and more to maintain and enhance the visual aesthetic of our http:******************************************** website and go-to-market campaigns. If you are a creative force who will take ownership of |opensourcearchitect|’s brand identity with exceptional design and development capabilities, looking for exposure and opportunity to work in multiple mediums and desire to provide strategic creative input as a member of the marketing team, this role is an ideal fit. This position reports directly to the CEO and the marketing team.

You are |opensourcearchitect|’s in-house creative expert, executing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels and mediums
Develop creative and execute design in |opensourcearchitect|'s marketing campaigns across mediums to drive users toward conversion
Own the day-to-day maintenance and continuous improvement of |opensourcearchitect|’s corporate website. You are our in-house WordPress expert and have the backend knowledge and front-end design skills that will allow us to develop streamlined and compelling user experiences on the platform. You use your skills in responsive design, HTML, and CSS to bring these user experiences to life
Collaborate with team members in the development of strategic concepts, positioning and messaging, bringing your creative perspective to the table to shape impactful go-to-market campaigns that advance our business objectives
Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design
Apply design feedback from company leaders, marketing teammates, partners and other key stakeholders appropriately to achieve project goals and ideal brand representation
Scope and create templates for our marketing team to be more efficient in some of their posting on social media, the blog, email, and other channels
Manage the organization and maintenance of |opensourcearchitect|’s digital design assets
Manage other design needs such as presentations, signage, and trade show collateral as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

2-5 years of design experience, ideally in a marketing or an in-house creative department
Familiar with Google Drive and Docs
Comfortable with Webex communication
A portfolio demonstrating ability in both design and web development
Expert in the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Strong front-end web design capabilities with knowledge of most standard font-end coding languages (HTML, CSS), JavaScript is a plus
Experience developing in WordPress creating websites that are both compelling to the end user and allow for scalable workflows on the backend for publishers without development experience
Basic video editing or photography ability a plus
Working experience with Amazon EC2 hosting and administration
Ability to work with a source code repository such as git
Must have legal authorization to work in Pakistan for any employer
