A leading group of industries is looking for "Purchaser" preferable a Experienced Candidate.

The ideal candidate should be having a prior experience in Retail with large firms/industries.

Basic Functions:

Reviewing purchase orders and coordinate with concerned department.
Purchasing material.
Coordination with clients (Internal & External).
Review reports for stock.
Monitor price increases and communicating changes as necessary.
Job related tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
Visit vendors and supplier for purchases, item return, or replace or repairs and maintenance.
Prepare purchase orders and handle purchase stock,
Prepare daily activity reports of purchased items.
Good knowledge of local markets.
Review inventories and order as required.
Produce and maintain all reports.
Sourcing and Purhasing.
Maintain complete up to date photo copy purchasing records/data of prices, quotations, bills and invoices.
Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers for cash purchases.
Process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Prepare comparative analysis of quotations and report to management.
