Major job responsibilities include:

Have understanding the complete accounts payable cycle (PO generation, receiving, issuance, matching) in ERP system and record the relevant entries efficiently, accurately and independently with minimal supervision
Ability to analyze system generated vendors report and Analyse discrepancies and unpaid invoices;
Periodically do age analysis and report and follow up Project managers/ other departments for timely processing of invoices
Periodically reconcile the AP ledger with vendors
Ensure that company’s policies and guidelines for invoice recording and payments are adhered to and escalating when required
Handle all payable inquiries and liaising internally and externally
Record General Ledger transactions
Completion of timely and accurate monthly closings, the review of account balances including managing of Prepayments and accruals and make sure all relevant working schedules/ Analysis are up to date and reconciled.
Ability to analyze system reports and to reconcile with internal and external documents
Ability to make reconciliations (e.g. other inter companies) with strong MS Excel skills
Liaise with other departments, affiliates and third parties as necessary

Requirements:

B. Com/ M.com/ Article Completed or equivalent with at least 3 years’ relevant experience.
ERP experience preferably Oracle Fusion
Candidates with Contracting companies experience will be preferred
Good communication in English essential and Arabic will be preferred
Have excellent organizational skills, problem solving, as well as time management and proactive in the completion of tasks to the management’s expectations
Active, energetic with good communication and interpersonal skills.
