• Find engineer as per requested Scope of Work by Operation team via LinkedIn or other job portals.
  • Update Database and other required sheets such as Daily Task Sheet.
  • Do proactive coverage for weak coverage areas and upcoming projects.
  • Take telephonic short interview of engineer before handing over to operation team (confirm rates, tools as required on task, availability on date and time.)
  • Get engineers evaluated from IT support team/dept.
  • Uploading new engineer folder on Cloud Drive and entry his data on Database.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
