We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide an outstanding customer experience.
Available Shifts:
We offer three fixed full-time shifts. Please indicate your preferred shift when applying:
Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Night Shift: 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Document interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Qualifications:
Fresher's may also apply
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Comfortable using computer systems and customer support software
Availability to work your selected shift consistently
