- Import/Export manager should know selling and purchasing market.
- Must have excellent customer dealing, prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
- Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
- The Import Export Manager is responsible for managing and reviewing freight operational policies, standards and procedures in accordance to freight business and customers' needs, including implementation of freight solutions.
- He/She is also responsible for managing freight business resources, including manpower, internal assets and external vendors
