Interaction with existing clients through phone, email, and chat. Providing satisfactory after-sales and key account management services. The individual would be required to constantly coordinate with project management team in order to update clients on changes & progress.
Candidate should be able to handle key clients with great precautionary measures, resolving technical issues and complaints.
- Able to handle and monitor key accounts.
- Timely following up with different clients, should be highly observant and attention to details.
- Candidate must be able to use persuasive and convincing tone, to promote our services and business with exceptional in written communication along with good speaking and analytical skills.
- Strong command over English Should be confident and open to learning.
- Should be available to handle client queries remotely when required
- Knowledge of design and web-development (preferred).
