- Work closely with a team to design, develop and support APIs and other server side applications
- Write clean, well-documented code for a range of digital products and services
- Implement software components and features consumed by millions of people
- Writing unit tests and end-to-end tests, against your code
- Integration and development of user-facing elements and user experiences.
- Design for extensible and scalable multi-threaded solutions, optimizing for resource utilization, performance, and supportability.
- Monitor evolving PHP, JavaScript, NoSQL and UI Framework trends and technologies for possible adoption.
- Good knowledge of PHP Web frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, Yii. (Having Node.js is a Plus)
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React.js
- Experience in developing and maintaining complex web architectures leveraging object oriented PHP and JavaScript
- Experience configuring and tweaking Apache, Nginx and Node servers
- Experience with software engineering best practices (e.g., unit testing, design patterns, building maintainable code and performance)
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
