HR Assistant main roles to perform:

To supervise the Time & Attendance activity To perform ERP software data entry for leaves, joining & related To fetch the daily leaves record from Department and reconcile with System To perform telephonic information gathering and verification of such as reference, work experience and background checks

To create, maintain and update employee files To maintain the recruitment CVs bank for different positions
To make data entry on various HR reports e.g. Absentee Report, Late Arrival Report, Shift Variation Report, Joiner/ Leaver Report, Employees
Turnover Report
To complete daily assigned work in timely manner with accuracy
To maintain departmental confidentiality and integrity To work as an active team player
