Description:
Gourmet Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Trainee Officer. The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to develop your skills in quality management, product testing, process optimization, and adherence to regulatory and industry standards. You will assist in ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards while learning from experienced quality professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Support the Quality Assurance team in monitoring and maintaining product quality at every stage of production.
Help in conducting routine product inspections, ensuring that all products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
Help implement and maintain quality control procedures to detect and eliminate defects in production.
Assist in testing raw materials, in-process items, and finished products, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection reports, quality standards, and audit results.
Prepare reports on product quality, identifying any issues, trends, and areas for improvement.
Support in performing root cause analysis for any quality failures or deviations from standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, R&D, maintenance) to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Assist in conducting internal quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
Support in preparing for external audits and certifications, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are in placee.
Education:Bachelors in Food Science Technology, Chemical Engineering
