As Specialist in Collections team, you will be responsible for reducing account receivable delinquency in accordance with company requirements.
- You will handle the key function of client/agent outreach on outstanding down payments and installments to ensure receipt by the due date to avoid delinquency.
- In addition to that, you will ensure to effectively ensure that all record of received payments is updated with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure CXP is not impacted.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring active outreach and follow ups on assigned clients/agents without impacting experience.
- Perform outreach client phone calls and emails on pending payments.
- Provide verbal and/or written billing explanations to client/sales/leadership.
- Promptly and precisely process correspondence and confirmations with internal teams.
- Assist with the escalation of key issues to senior management to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Ensure all client feedback regarding invoice receipt and or payment, if provided is accurately and precisely documented.
- Provide ad hoc reporting as necessary.
Candidates Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of previous client support and/or Sales interaction.
- Exceptional client handling skills
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A self-starter who’s organized and willing to own all client touch points.
- Time management and prioritization – managing multiple client requests and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to lead individual and group trainings effectively and succinctly, at all levels.
- Knowledge of customer experience/journey mapping
- Experience with CRMs, Excel, Quip, Zoom, Teams
