We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Faisalabad!
Qualification: Ph.D. in Agriculture / Marketing
Experience: 2-3 years in the seed industry or agricultural marketing
Eligibility: Male candidates only

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for seed products
- Build relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns to boost brand awareness
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business growth and sales targets
- Organize field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and agricultural exhibitions
- Work closely with the R&D and production teams to align marketing strategies with product development
- Develop digital marketing strategies, including social media and content creation
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Provide training and guidance to the sales team on marketing techniques
