- Posses the skill and passion to develop HR department.
- Handle factory,outlets and Head Office recruitment system.
- Conduct orientation and procedural based training of new staff.
- Can effectively handles all HR legal matters of company.
- Can deal with Government department i.e. EOBI & Social Security etc.
- Ensure HR Policies and Procedures are up-to-date and maintained appropiately in the line with labour laws and best HR Practices.
- Knowledge of FMCG & QSR Industry will be an added requirement.
- Can conduct food safety,general hygiene,customer service and disciplinary trainings on regular basis.
- Analyze training needs to design employee development.language training and health and safety programs.
- can conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
- can indroduce and implement time managment system at outlets and factory level.
- can manage & oversee all Head Office administration tasks.
