- Installation and configration of windows based systems
- Software installation and troubleshtooting of all type. network settings for TCP/IP or internet setup.
- Troubleshooting for all type of hardware and software application problems.
- Configuring and troubleshooting of desktop /laptop , manage backup and recovery.
- Knowledge of Microsoft word/excel and Outlook 2007/2013/2016/2019
- Setting up and confration of network printers and network scanners.
- Maintaining assets through asset managment tools.
- Remote assutant using anydesk or teamviewer.
