Marketing Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Handler to manage our online presence and create engaging content for our audience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be up-to-date with the latest social media trends, and have experience in creating and implementing successful social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain our social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) that aligns with our brand's tone and style
Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
Analyze and report on social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, etc.) to optimize content and campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, customer service) to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong creative and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

Experience with graphic design and video editing software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Knowledge of SEO principles and how to apply them to social media content
Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.)
