HBL is looking to hire dynamic and ambitious Fresh Candidates as Trade Officers (Centralized Operations / Branches) in Global Operations to perform all trade transactions, improve existing customer services and helping in achieving trade volumes, by ensuring high quality services to customers with meticulous regulatory compliance.
Job Details:
· Provide services to trade customers, as per defined KPIs, for smooth processing of their trade requests through liaison with Business, Trade Operations and all stakeholders.
· Ensure best possible relationship with all customers for daily transactions & resolution complaints through adherence to excellent service standards.
· Ensure all processes are performed as per bank policies to achieve best possible audit ratings in internal & external including regulator audits.
