- Monitoring of good manufacturing and personnel hygiene practices at production lines.
- Monitoring of general cleaning and housekeeping at production lines.
- Provision of hygiene accessories for maintaining good hygiene in all processing areas.
- Verifivation the OPRPs/CCP of the production lines.
- Monitoring of Insect Pest Management activities at plant.
- Trainings of the new staff in QAD regarding FSMS.
- Internal Quality Audits of raw material storage, blow moulds, injection molding plant and packing material storage.
- Development of action plan against gaps identified in FS/GMP audits.
- Purchasing of hygiene accessories via procurement department.
- Ensure the inventories of food safety related items.
- Lab equipments purchasing, repairing & calibration.
- Provide trainings on FSMS, GMPs, GLPs, & Analytical testing.
- Glass inventory count.
- Review of IPM contract.
- Audit all the facility regarding Food Defense Program.
- Make action plan of the gaps & follow up.
- Water sampling for Long list testing (Ireland).
- Annual food safety audit by AIBI.
- Development, implementation and monitoring of different programs and policies as per AIBI, QAS, FSMS & Food Defense standards.
