Discuss and review assigned department wise attendance, leaves and over time with concern department.
Review authenticity of attendance, leaves and overtime sheets and update in payroll software.
Update canteen and advances deductions in payroll software.
Update approved shift roaster in payroll software.
Update and verification of allowance, arrears and other deduction in payroll software.
Verify assigned department salary sheets prepared by team lead payroll.
Prepare salary summary, accrual and salary reconciliation reports and present to team lead payroll for further disbursement.
Take cash disbursement list and cash from head payroll.
Disburse assigned department wise salaries within define time limits.
Do closing of unpaid salaries to Team lead & head payroll.
Update head count on daily basis and keep a check on department strength.
Intimate Team Lead payroll in case of any addition in head count.
