- Day to day delivery of hands on HR support and advice to the designated management teams to retain, reward and develop our staff.
- Support management to assess staff related risks in the organisation and ensure that any employee relations matters are resolved in a timely manner, with minimal disruption and cost to the business.
- Ensure management are maintaining daily, weekly and monthly deliverables relating to staff compliance through data reporting and analysis and supporting with action plans as required
- Engage with the management team to ensure that the organisation structure is fit for purpose and there is clear accountability and responsibility for all job roles.
- Analyse performance reviews and support management to plan for organisational growth through succession planning and employee development.
