This is a full-time on-site role in Rawalpindi Near to DHA 2 for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role involves interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve complaints.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in customer service software, databases, and tools is an advantage
