Hashe Computer Solutions is on Lookout for a sharp and hardworking individual with decent experience in Administration and Human Resource Management.

Responsibilities

Organize and maintain personnel records
Update internal databases
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules
Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
Maintaining department records and reports
Participating in administrative staff meetings
Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures

Requirements

Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Manager or relevant role
Experience with HR software like HRMS
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
Candidate should have good communication skills.
Should have excellent administrative skills.
Must have 2-3 years of experience.
