Supervise the Guest Relations Staff
Prepare the department budget
Develop and implement telephone guest contact system
Develop next destination program keeping records of all reservations made by department
Prepare monthly reports to management regarding guest contact system
Prepare analysis of complaints received
Prepare consumer information and education system
Supervise the maintenance of the guest history file
Answer letters of complaint guests questioners and record information on guest history files
Organize monthly and long staying guests cocktail parties with Executive Office and Food & Beverage Department Organize birthday parties, General Manager luncheons and other functions as required
Act as reservations referred by Guest Relations Staff Member
Present daily VIP list of the General Manager approval
Advise General Manager/Executive Assistant Manager for the coming visits of special VIP’s
Review amenities suggested by Guest Relations Staff Member
Ensure that the previous days releases for DNA or cancel VIP’s are removed by Housekeeping
Recommend and realize special amenities to in-hotel guests who may celebrate a special occasion, suffer illness etc.
Greet and escort contain VIP/SCC members and make arrangements with staff to meet incoming VIP’s
