To support the finance team by managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, assisting with reconciliations, and ensuring timely reporting and compliance with financial procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Update billing records and ensure accuracy of sales data.
  • Process and verify tearsheets and sales orders.
  • Maintain accurate filing of RO (Release Orders) and other billing documents.
  • Coordinate and track the dispatch of invoices.
  • Validate and cross-check billing data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing reports when needed.
  • Update sales order acknowledgments and ensure proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with the billing team to meet monthly closing deadlines.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills:

  • Strong command of MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
