Surveys with Design, OSP, and ISP contractors.
Preparation of BOQs, feasibilities, and ISP requirements.
On-going monitoring & execution of OSP works
Coordination and follow up for ROW/NOC Acquisition and post NOC
Coordination with LEA for permission issues of vendor labors for execution
Coordination with different stakeholders for timely rollout including QA, Network Ops, and Business Operations
Verification of measurement book during and after execution of work.
Verification of discrepancies removal and closure of PAT
Preparation and timely loading of P2P Plan and Passive hierarchy in Maximo
Coordination and follow-up with Business Team for test number processing through CRM
Coordinate and follow up with vendor for Management of all vendor related issues including Technical & EHS compliance
Coordination with Regional Procurement Team & M&L
Processing of documents for SAN & GRN in SAP post-execution of work
