Sharing Daily Backlog with 3PL’s
Ensuring 3PL’s reverse backlog health along with POD’s reconciliation for packages journey closure within aligned SLA’s
Sharing Handover Receiving/Booking details to respective 3PL’s
Stakeholder of maintaining rejects received packages for Sort/WH’s
Other tasks/additional alignments assigned by the Management.
