Providing BPO services to our US Clients
Providing support to clients by effectively handling email
Completing tickets assigned for data entry
Maintaining accuracy and speed for the data entry assignments
Communication / Interacting with clients
Discussing complicated matters with the Manager, team leaders and other professionals effectively to settle and understand the important issues.
Making strategies and ensuring for lessening the number of mistakes or errors so has to monitor day to day.
Responsibility also includes carrying out the professional services, like legal services, business and analytical research and analysis.
Providing effective client service such as handling complicated queries, issues, complaints, and questions.
Managing the work on daily basis
Setting the effective goals aiming for better quality, escalating sales, high speed and efficiency.
Covering backup support of other team members in order to meet daily targets and client satisfaction
Ensuring better collaboration, motivating and inspiring in the team
It is the major responsibility is to learn quickly and participate in continues learning program
