• Handle Sale Inquires
  • To conduct meetings with new / potential customers and successfully match customers' requirement to company's product.
  • To inform Business Development Manager if sale lead / opportunity is to be finalized.
  • Ensure that Quotation is sent from office to the customers.
  • Prepare, arrange and deliver technical presentations and demo explaining products and services to prospective customers.
  • Follow up with customers who responded to marketing program and campaigns. Maintain relationship with existing customers.
  • Coordinate with Business Development Manager, Inventory and Commercial import to to ensure sale deal is closed.
  • Report about sale progress, future opportunities and coordinate working in weekly meetings.
  • To achieve monthly sales targets and ensure that service contract with the existing customers are renewed and effective.
  • Support Business Develop by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
  • Keep abreast of product applications, marketing conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends.
  • Analyze territory / market potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers. Keep track of market situation and trend.
  • Reports & Documentation of all activities.
