Job Responsibilities:

Recovery Officer:

Monitor loan outstanding portfolios and identify potential delinquencies.
Conduct field visits to assess customer repayment ability.
Work closely with branch managers and credit officers to ensure prompt recoveries.
Engage with customers through calls and visits to encourage on-time payments.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with banking policies.
Ensure strict confidentiality of customer data.
Stay compliant with SBP regulations and other legal guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

Positions Available: 50+ across 30+ cities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: Fresh to 1 year in the banking sector.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of MIS, portfolio management, and recovery strategies.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and banking systems.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Strong market awareness and relationship management abilities.
