HIRTRC Archutecture & Construction offers jib opening for its upcoming project of "Luxery Apartment Sales and Marketing"

Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.-Print / Electronic media, E-Marketing, Out door advertising
Developing the marketing startegy for the company in line with company objectives with reference to sales team facilitation.
Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activites.
Over seeing the company's market budget.
Creation and publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Overall responsibility of corporate identity.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Working closely with design agencies and assising with new product launches.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Preferably the same industry experience will be preffered.
