Qualification: Graduation or higher.

Job Responsibilities:

Selling different construction machineries such as truck cranes, bulldozers, trenchers, Wheel Loaders, Wheel Rollers and Concrete mixers.
Traveling to visit Companies, Customers in person at offices and construction sites to sell industrial equipment and Machinery.
Take orders and deliver products.
Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of production department’s and delivery schedules.
Manage and develop new customers, while maintaining existing sales within assigned customers and a given sales territory.
Negotiating and convincing the customers to buy the products.
Also, performing the job of selling maintenance and repair services to the prospective clients.
Keeping a record of customer follow ups.
Provide competitive information such as bid situations, pricing data, or bundling arrangements in order to establish negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products.
Improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Develop a daily/weekly call list and maintain information accuracy monthly.
Review monthly monitoring sales report with management to determine if goals and objectives are being met.
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.
Recording and maintaining client contact data.
Building long term relationships with customers.
