Daily OEC meeting with station I/C and work force and set daily targets accordingly to production targets
Process quality audit with Q/A
Coordinate with quality assurance and all line incharges for problem solution
Coordinate with MNT to maintain equipment problem solution and reparing
Responsible to corrective action on line incase of problems feedback or any deviation with standatds
Responsible for production target achievements
To follow production time schedule(monitor hourly production)
Responsible for daily production entry in prodction control sheet
Responsible to maintain quality during process
Assure T-1 base material on line , process wise parts inspection while recieving
Responsible for parts rejections/damages
Responsible for daily production downtime montoring and sheet filing
Assure sample checking by Q/A
Departmental expenses control like consumable /salary /overtime etc
Responsible to achieve station wise UPH & UPMH targets
Daily and weekly order closure follow up
