We are looking for a skilled HR Manager. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within an organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Train employees to keep them at par with the industry standards and organizational requirements/sop’s.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts fairly and equitably.
- Manage Petty cash and credits.
