Horizon Technologies is hiring a Customer Care Coordinator to join our US partner. candidate should have knowledge of automobiles.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Requirements:
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in vehicle
- Fluent English Speaking ability in native or neutral accent
- Willingness to work at the night times
