Core Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors/clients at the office.
Direct them to the appropriate person and office Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery, appliances, and devices
Provide basic and accurate information in-person or over the phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Order front office supplies and keep the inventory of stock Update calendars and schedule meetings Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Perform other general receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing,

Skills Required:

Good interpersonal skills Good communication skills Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office
Representative or similar role Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Hands-on experience with office equipment Professional attitude and appearance Presentable, smart and decent
Personality Solid written and verbal (English/Urdu) communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Timings: 7pm to 5am
