- Handle day to day HR operations including Payroll/Attendance, Employee grievances, employee relations & engagement activities & other operational issues within HR Department.
- Should be able to look after the complete recruitment cycle.
- Look after confirmations, promotions of the employees.
- Ensuing background & reference checks of new recruits.
- Maintaining personnel files, employment status and employee database accurately.
- Manage end to end exit clearance process.
